Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Lux 99 operates with clarity, precision, and respect for our community. The following policies ensure transparency in every transaction.
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the goods.

If you withdraw from this contract:
- We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs arising from premium shipping selections).
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment.
- Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All tags must remain attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- No visible signs of wear, washing, or damage
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Lux 99 is not responsible for lost return parcels.
Non-Returnable Items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Where applicable, we will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
