During launches, restocks, or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly due to high demand. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

From time to time, Lux 99 may offer complimentary shipping during promotional periods.
Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside of the European Union, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local customs authorities.
Lux 99 is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracked delivery. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Parcels

Incorrect Shipping Information
